Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 5 days of purchase. Cancellations made after the deadline is not be eligible for a refund. For ongoing subscriptions, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so that no further subscription charges need to be paid.

Refund Policy

Eligible full refund if the cancellation is requested within 3 days after the date of purchase and the service or product has not been used or explored. Eligible for half refund if cancellation request is made after 3 days and within 5 days from the date of purchase. No refunds are provided if digital products of Lewaits are downloaded or accessed. No refund is provided for cancellation request after 5 days of purchase or after the start of service, which ever is earlier. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after approval and will be credited back to the original payment account

Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for reasons such as technical issues or service disruptions caused by the provider. Force majeure events that prevent the delivery of the service may result in partial refunds or rescheduling.
